Goods Issue
Purpose Use this procedure to issue goods. Trigger Perform this procedure when you want to issue goods against reservation. Prerequisites The receiving PO should be available in the system The PO must have been released

MIGO

Menu Path Use the following menu path(s) to begin this transaction: Select Logistics Material Management Inventory Management Goods Movement MIGO_GI Goods Issue(MIGO) to go to the Goods Issue initial screen.

Transaction Code MIGO Helpful Hints Press F1 for help Press F4 for getting input values R Required O Optional C Conditional Movement Type:- Specifies a key for the type of goods movement. Each goods movement against a reservation against a cost centre is allocated to a movement type in the system. For receiving the goods against a cost centre the movement type will be 201

Procedure0

STEP 1.

Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code .

SAP Easy Access

The transaction code for goods issue is MIGO


STEP 2.0 Double-click to start the transaction.

Enter Goods Issue: Initial Screen

Please always press<F4>to Select Movement Type from drop down Menu as per your task which you are going to perform Please kindly refer the Movement Types used for different processes which have been mentioned here for your reference.

Movement Type 201

Function Goods Issue against reservation.

. If you want to issue goods against reservation then you have to use the movement type 201.

STEP 3.0

In case of goods issue against reservation enter the reservation number. Following type of screen with details is displayed.

STEP 4 .

Click on the quantity tab and enter the reservation quantity.

STEP 5. Click on the where tab to enter storage location ,goods recipient,unloading point etc.

As you have choose the movement type as 201 the system asks for entering the receiving object as against reservation.

STEP 6 . Click item ok,check and post.

After posting material document X----------Y is posted message appears which implies document is issued .

GOODS ISSUE DONE
