Materials: List all of the materials you used during the activity. If the lab report is informal you may simply write "see page xx" or "see handout xx" MSDS Information: If you we asked to look up MSDS information enter it here. Cut and paste as required. Chemical name: Chemical name Hazards: List the hazards of the chemical Precautions: List any precautions to be taken when handeling the chemical 1st aid: List the common 1st aid steps to be taken in the event of an accident. Procedure: List in chronological order, the steps you took during the activity. If the lab is informal you may say "see page xx" or "see handout xx" Observations/Data: Enter your observations here. Tables may be used to record data. Questions: Answer any assigned questions in this section. Conclusion: Summarize your lab report. Was your hypothesis correct? What did you find? Any sources of error.
