QUALIFICATION EVALUATION

Hard hat, Safety shoes, Safety glasses, Insulation gloves Valid calibration stamp on testing equipment (digital multimeter, miliohm meter, insulation meter) Detailed testing method for insulation resistance and contact resistance Lubrication gel, simple set of handtool, flash light, clean drag Use clean drag to clean housing and mechanical parts of CB Open and check the condition of the arc chutes Check the rolling wheels and engaging mechanical parts Check the physical condition of the contact terminal and apply lubrication gel if needed Operate ON/OFF the circuit breaker at least 3 times Contractor must use insulation glove when perform insulation test Contractor should start with lower voltage level (500 Vdc) before applying 1000 Vdc as required Contractor must measure insulation resistance in two condition: CB is open and CB is closed CB is closed: test between phase - ground in the incoming side or outgoing side CB is open: test between incoming & outgoing terminals Contractor should record every measured values Contractor must use insulation glove when perform insulation test Contractor should connect the ground terminal of the tester to proper ground Contractor must apply 100 A dc to measure the contact resistance for each phase Contractor should record every measured values Site working report is submitted after the service is completed at site Qualified technical testing report is submitted with testing values, standard values, results and conclusion & recommendation Total Score I Safety & Preparation (2 point) 1 Personal Protective Equipment 2 Calibrated Equipment 3 Testing Procedure
