Expanded Submission Description (no more than 500 words in length) This information is not included in the guidebook; however, including an expanded description or additional information will assist the selection committee in evaluating this session. We explored the many options of the online program Book Builder. This program allowed us to create a universally designed virtual book to teach content in an interactive manner. Our book is complete with images, text, videos, and audio, and includes two languages, activities, and online coaches to assist students with comprehension, as well as engage them along the way. The model used in this demonstration was created to educate fourth grade students about the importance of eating vegetables in order to improve and support a healthy lifestyle. Students can create their own learning as they access the book at their own speed and remain engaged throughout. Would you be willing to present this session more than once? Yes No
