- Open Microsoft excel - Copy the information from the question - Paste them in the excel sheet - Click Insert the select pie and choose the most appropriate in this case use 3D - Then go to the percentages and insert on the pie - Then copy paste the pie chart on the question sheet - Adjust the size of the diagram to fit the space given and make sure that information you have given is visible and readable.

Describe the general rules for graphical presentation:


Avoid excessive details as this will defect the objective of using diagrams. Graphs and charts must be given clear but brief titles. Diagrams should be accompanied by original data or at least by a reference to the source of the data. The access of graphs must be clearly labeled and the scales of the values clearly marked. Whenever necessary guidelines should be inserted to facilitate reading.
