JOB TITLE: MACHINE OPERATOR- BEVERAGE, PACKAGIND AND DAIRY INDUSTRY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operation of the machine

e (start up, shut down); knowledge in connection with visualisation and control components. Contribution to maintenance cost reduction and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) optimisation Monitoring of the course of production, analyzing of malfunctions and eliminating of slight malfunctions. Testing and maintenance Installation and removal of wearing parts and performance of minor maintenance work to instruction. Execution of standard, lubrication (daily and weekly), maintenance, cleaning and service operations according to plan. Carrying out of quality checks as specified. Set-up and conversion processes. Setting up, replacing and adjusting the formats and machines according to optimum technical and economic considerations, to instructions. Trouble shooting Recognizing malfunctions, classifying them correctly and reacting properly Recognising and interpreting malfunction warnings, alarm signals. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Completed professional training i.e. Degree or Diploma in Engineering Technical background or equivalent additional training and work experience Recommended is at least 3 year of practical experience in the area of machine operation for the beverage, dairy and packaging industry.
