The school plan aims to increase teachers' knowledge and skills in teaching English, using ICT, and teaching diverse learners over the 2010-2011 school year. Teachers will acquire ICT knowledge through trainings, online courses, and internet research. They will also gain knowledge on teaching English through books and regional trainings. Additionally, teachers will improve their strategies for diverse learners by attending district and division trainings on multiple intelligences. The plan aims to improve teachers' competencies and enhance learners' performance in English and all subjects through these professional development activities occurring from October 2010 to summer 2011.
