will be brought out on the inaugural day of conference. The souvenir will provide an excellent medium for organizations to advertise their activities and products. Organizations are requested to send their publicity material latest by August 31th , 2013 along with a DD drawn in favour of Banners (6' x 3') shall be provided by the interested organisations only, if willing to display a separately at the rate mentioned in the table.
