To Gather SP Collect From SP A Through CLI

To gather diagnostic data from a storage processor (SP) A, run SPCollect commands using the IP address of SP A and wait 5-7 minutes. Then use managefiles commands to list and retrieve the zipped SPCollect file. The same process is followed for SP B using its IP address. Running SPCollect provides support engineers vital array configuration and performance data for troubleshooting purposes, including log files, I/O data, firmware information, and event logs.
