Software Engineering Leader

Job Description:
The primary function of this position is to coordinate activities with the technical leaders, to execute programs, to manage engineers and financial resources to deliver the software program on Schedule as promised. The position will require frequent interaction with US based customers (including potential travel opportunities to the US) with all interaction being conducted in English.

Required Education: BS in computer science, Software Engineering or equivalent Required Personal Attributes
Proficient in Reading/Writing and Speaking English Technically competent in .Net software development Good knowledge of MS Project 2007 (or later) Excellent leader with superb team buildings skills Works effectively and calmly under pressure Ability and willingness to learn Gets results

Proficient in Agile Project Management and Agile Software development techniques Software architecture and design concepts such as layering and abstraction architectures Task driven: self organizing, productive without supervision Works well with others, supports his/her team Reliable, dependable, available off-hours if needed Process driven (cares about HOW the work gets done)

Required Skills/Attributes:
1. 2. 3. 3 5 years experience designing and developing software in an Agile environment 7 10 years experience in leadership and management of Medium/Large software projects Passport/Visa Ability to work/travel in the United States

Optional (Highly Desirable) Education / Skills:

Certification in any Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CSD) Advanced degree in engineering, software or equivalent Certifications in Program Management (PMI) Configuration management experience (Subversion, Mantis, Tortoise) Object oriented design concepts Software architecture and design concepts such as layering and abstraction architectures
