Preliminary Manual Handling Risk Assessment: Risk: Alarp More Asssessment Required

This preliminary manual handling risk assessment was carried out to evaluate replacing an empty water bottle in the drinking water dispenser. The task involves lifting a full 19.5 kg water bottle from a knee-high shelf, carrying it approximately 6 meters through a fire door, and placing it upside down in the waist-high dispenser. While the lifting, carrying, and load weight are within guidelines, further assessment is needed due to having to open the fire door.
