Date: 02/05/2013
A meeting of ECE department was held on 02/05/2013 at 11:00 am in CAD Lab and it was attended by all the faculty members of the department:

The Minutes of Meeting are as follows: 1. In Absence of Dr. A.K Sharma, HOD (ECE), Mr H.P Singh called the Fourth session of the Dept Meeting at 11:00 am in CAD Lab. Meeting was regarding the AICTE Visit. In order to prepare for the visit few steps has to be taken so before the visit there is going to be an intradepartmental visit of labs.

2. Faculty In charges and Lab technicians of their respective labs are asked to update their paper work regarding the lab including stock register, lab manuals, previous year record files, inventory list, and invoice list. 3. They are also asked to note down the shortcoming including the list of wording and non working equipments of the lab and the requirement so that things can be taken care off. Cleanliness of labs and the test benches should be done every day.
