The key objectives are to efficiently manage resources to support teaching and learning, and to produce a technologically literate workforce. Some advantages are improved interactive learning, flexible curriculum, and equipped with latest tech. However, challenges include high costs, lack of infrastructure in rural schools, insufficient IT-skilled teachers and technicians. Principals face building infrastructure and gaining parent confidence. Teachers must improve their own IT skills and produce IT-literate students. Students must be open to change and become proficient in technology. The government faces high spending needs and overcoming lack of technicians and computer damage.
