    Fee structure and refund policy for PR under Arranged

    Employment program

    IELTS 5.5 bands compulsory Occupations: Accountant, Office Managers, retail trade supervisors, diploma engineers (all), software & hardware engineers. Since it shall take atleast 20 months to the client to reach Canada if visa is granted, its possible that the job offered to the client may not exist then, hence the employer shall reserve the right to refuse to employ the client. In such case, the client shall have to find the job on their own. Total process 18-20 months The clients/associates should note that the charges in INR are approximately. The actual should be paid as per the currency exchange rate (CA$ x INR) on the day the client pays. Please read the T&C for all plans for all processes carefully. Total fees: CAD 24,000 (Rs. 12 lacs approximately) 1. Initial registration fee: CAD 2000 2. Upon obtaining job offer: CAD 5000 [3 - 4 months after registration] 3. Upon obtaining positive AEO approval: CAD 11000 [3 4 months after job offer] 3. Upon medical test order: CAD 2000 [4-6 months after file submission] 4. Upon passport request: CA$ 4000 [2-4 months after medical] Terms & Conditions: 1. Job offer obtaining time would be upto 4 months from the date of registration. The client shall reserve the right to withdraw his/her case and stop the process after 4 months and would be liable to get 100% refund of the initially paid fees. 2. Once the job offer is obtained, then 1st and 2nd stage fee paid will not be refunded even if no positive AEO approval or negative AEO/PNP approval is obtained. 3. Once positive AEO approval is obtained, then 3 rd stage fee also will not be refunded even if the CIC declines the application for whatsoever reason. 4. No refund at all would be given if the visa is refused for following reasons: a). Failure in medical test b). Failure in obtaining Police Clearance Certificate c). False information provided d). Fake documents proved e). Negative response by current/past employer upon employment verification. 5. If the client withdraws his/her application at any stage, then no refund at all would be given from the fee paid by the client till that stage. 6. The client shall have to bear the other govt. fees like visa application (CAD 550 for main applicant+550 for spouse + CA$ 150 for child + landing fees CA$ 490 for main applicant + CA$ 490 for spouse), medical test fee, air-ticket etc; separately.
