    With Standard Tools and Accessories

    Mode of Payment:Full payment in advance in favour of M.S Pak Suzuki Motor Co.Ltd in shape of Bank Draft. Pay Order/Cheque.No deduction may be made as PSMCL is exempted under section 153(4) income tax ordinance2001.

    Price:The above quoted price provisional and subject to change without any prior notice, price prevailing at the time of delivery shall apply. Moreover, if rates of existing taxes/duties are levied by the Govt of Pakistan. That shall be payable by the purchaser at the time of delivery of vehicle. Delivery:-Delivery 06-TO 08 weeks after receipt of full payment in advance.`

    Warranty:The vehicle will be supplied against manufacturer standard warranty for stipulated time i.e. Two years or 40,000- KM which ever comes first.

    Freight:From Karachi to Islamabad Rs:-17,000 /- will be charged per vehicle in favour of Suzuki Azim Motors Islamabad, as a gesture of good will these charges are Rs:-3700/- for this particular deal..

    Force Majeure:The dealer/company shall not be held liable in the event of the failure to comply with the delivery schedule by reason of force majeure and the company will not entertain any claim / profit/interest due to late delivery of vehicle, however, the company will try its best to deliver vehicle in schedule time period.
