SAFETY INSTRUCTION SELF& MACHINE:Do not wear sandle when working at working place. Do not put unnecessary part on machine. Machine door close before machine running. Do all machine switch off in lunch time. ABOUT HOUSE KEEPING:All machine should be neat &clean after per shift end. All tray should be clean which is in use. Rejection tray should be define &rejection component put in this tray. Finished component tray should be put at proper place . Working shop floor should be neat& clean without oilness.

ABOUT FORGING :Crack check on forging dia before cnc machining. Flash check on hex dia before cnc maching. Forging die pin broken check on second side before cnc machining. Jaws resetting if forging die changed.

ABOUT MACHINE:Lubricant level check before machine running per shift. Coolant level check before machine running per shift. Hydraulic tank level check per day. Oil No-32 drop for lubrication(in mazak) GreeseNo-000 drop for lubrication(in Gedee wheiler) Oil No-68 drop in hydraulic tank. GreeseNo-265 use for chuck greesing. If abnormal sound in machine , push emergency button and inform to supervisor. If power cut without operation compleate inform to supervisor/setter. Chuck greeesing should be every week. Chuck pressure should be (18-22)kg/cm. INSPECTION:Operator inspect component hourly by their specified gauges. Inspector inspect component after two hours of every machine with report.
