All Questions carry equal marks. All answers to be explained in not more than 1000 words. Use examples as far as possible. All answers to be written individually. Discussion and group work is not advisable. Copying from websites or e-books will carry negative marks.

1. Identify a particular job in an entity. Find out the job incumbents roles and responsibilities. What methods could be adopted to best understand this job? Write a job description for the role.

2. Identify a training need for an educational institution. Write the training objective and agenda for a two day workshop. What are your recommendations to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of the training program?
