Design Evaluation
I. Create a scoring guide that you will use to evaluate each clock design:
Scoring Guide: Score: Description of Each Score: 7 Everything is great, no problems 6 Really good but needs small changes 5 Good, but needs small changes 4 Needs changes 3 Not much work done, needs work 2 Needs a lot of work 1 No work done

II. Evaluate each clock design using the scoring guide you created above: Design Specification (Copy from Investigate Stage) 1 Mozambican-inspired theme or design 2 Recycled materials will be used 3 Risk-Takers 4 To tell the time and show what Mozambique is famous for. 5 Metal will be the main material 6 circle, average size wall clock 7 Colour: Black 8 It will be a metal clock which makes it rather sturdy and strong already. 9 . I will put soft material like a cloth oround the edges of the clock so that the metal wont cut anyone. 10 It will look like an LP but have a famous mozambiquan artist cover on it and/or the beaches of Mozambique. 11 this will be for anyone, anyone will enjoy this clock 12 I will need to know how to cut the materials into the shapes that I need. 13 Im not sure how many days I will need because I have never done anything similar
14 15 Click here to enter text. Click here to enter text. Design 1 It is nothing but a clock with a picture on it. It doesnt do anything different, just tell time like an average clock. Design 2 This one will be very complicated to make because of all the parts it has.

Design 1
6 6 5 6 4 6 4 6 5 7 7 6 5

Design 2
5 6 5 6 4 5 6 6 5 6 7 6 5

Design 3
4 5 5 6 7 7 7 6 5 7 7 6 5

III. Describe the weak and strong points of each of the clock designs:
Weak Points: Design 3 As with the first one this one does nothing but tell the time, like an average clock.

Strong Points:

This is simple to make, and the materials are easy to get.

It is unique and different with an anolog and digital clock built into it

It is also unique using an LP as the face of the clock

IV. Choose the best design that you will use for your project. Explain/Justify your choice.
The design that I chose was design number 2 because I found it different to all the others. I didnt just want one that told the time only, I wanted to add something different to it like the calendar design number 2 has on it. Not only does it have a calendar but it has a digital clock on it too!
