Assertive Communication

Assertiveness is the ability to honestly express one's opinions, feelings, and rights without undue anxiety while respecting others. Being assertive is important to avoid issues like depression, resentment, and poor relationships. Assertiveness is the ability to honestly express your opinions, feelings, attitudes, and rights, without undue anxiety, in a way that doesn't infringe on the rights of others.
