Instructions: When putting together your technical reference, use the following table. The book should be
assembled in the order shown below.

• The first column indicates the document’s order.


• The second column indicates the electronic file name for each section.
• The third column indicates the sections that are affected by the most recent update (July 2001).
• The last column gives a brief description of the section.
