The document discusses ways for community members to help fund the annual 4th of July fireworks show in Tehama County. It provides locations where recyclable containers can be donated, with proceeds going to the Fireworks Fund. The fireworks show will take place on July 4th, 2013 at 9:30pm, firing from the Red Bluff Elks Lodge with the best views at the Red Bluff River Park. Donating the proceeds from recycling just 10 cans per person would help the committee reach its $30,000 goal to cover the costs of the fireworks display.

4th of July Fireworks Show

Time Date 9:30pm Thursday, July 4th 2013

Location Firing from The Red Bluff Elks Lodge the best views of the show are offered at The Red Bluff River Park

Beginning March 18th community members can donate all or part of the proceeds from recycling beverage containers to the Fireworks Fund at all Big Foot Recycling Centers! The Tehama County fireworks show is a community-funded event. Our goal is $30,000; fireworks cost $1,000 per minute and there are other regulatory fees that cost up to $3000. This is an achievable goal if everyone gets involved. As of 2011 there were 63,601 people living in Tehama County; so if everyone just donates 50 we can keep our 4th of July tradition alive! Thats only 10 cans per person!
Tehama County Fireworks Committee is fiscally sponsored by The American Legion Raisner Post #45 with funding provided by You!
