Employee empowerment means making person able to run the show by himself. When employees are empowered, part of the load of the management because such employees are prepared to share the pain and anxieties of management as part of the same. The ultimate objective of Human Resource Management is that of empowerment of employees. Empowerment encourages employees to share responsibility and use their imitative to take decision and solve problem.
