don't skip your breakfast


6:45 am bath , 7 :30 am finish everything IN THE EVENINGS---- 5 PM usually reach home, 7 pm -- finish ur meal,washing up , etc 7pm to 10 pm ... try completing ur record work everyting, if u have any!! MY advice complete ur record work on sat and sun ........... 7 pm - 7:30 pm read a novel , 7:30 pm to 10 pm (or 9 pm) .......... if u sleep at 9 pm then get up at 4 am then study for an hour

mon --- cardio tue --core,moderate weight training wed ---- core , intense weight training thu --yoga fri --- yoga , cardio

WEEKENDS sleep at 10 pm , getup at 5 am sat ---- pullups, other activities, study, write records sun ---- other activities , study , write records
1 hour -- read a novel 2 hours --workout ( pullups compulsary ) 4 hours --- read, write record 2 hours ---- bathing, dressing up other stuff 4 hours ---- eating and watching movies ( 3 main meals & 2 small meals) 2 hours remaining ----- try having a nap
