    Introduction of the Firm:In May 2012 we started Galvanizing & Manufacturing firm called Fezco Fasteners Pvt. Ltd. where we are especially dealing with galvanizing of components like Fasteners, Screws, Small flanges, fittings, hooks & etc and manufacturing of Plain washers & Spring Washers. In this we are taking care of retapping of threaded components so that they can be ready to assemble. In this field being the most competitive we are proud to say that quality wise also we are one of the best. Our monthly current capacity is 60 tons which can be scaled to more than 200 tons in no time.

    Facilities:1) Galvanizing of Small components especially Nut, Bolt, Screw, Plain Washer, Spring washer, Springs & etc. 2) Manufacturing of Plain Washers. The sizes can be maintained as per client requirement. Both Metric & Inches are available. 3) Manufacturing of Spring washers. Various Material grades available as per Client requirement. 4) For rust & oil removing good quality of alkaline chemicals are used. 5) Post process Trivalent passivation is done on the jobs to avoid zinc oxidation. Salient Features:1) Galvanizing Thickness variation can be possible as per client requirement. 2) Re-tapping or re-threading is carried out in-house so that the final product can be ready to assemble. 3) Dimensional accuracy is maintained for manufacturing of Plain Washers & Spring washers as per client requirement. 4) Quality assurance certification s provided per lot.

    5) Testing facility is available in-house. Certification:We have given Samples for Salt Spray Test to Metasys Laboratories, Bhosari, Pune. The samples remains unrusted till 1000 hours.
