The problem is partially modifiable because the family doesnt have enough resources to solve the problem but through simple interventions like discussing the preventive measures and importance of proper sanitation the familys perception to solve the problem will increase. The problem is moderately preventable since it will need financial resources to improve home sanitation, thus health education can also help them to change their perception regarding the problem.
