What is flowchart?
Flowchart
Graphical representation of decisions and the results of those decisions mapped out in individual shapes that was developed by Herman Goldstine and John von Neumann in the 1940's. Flowcharts allow for a step-by-step diagram to be drawn out. Flowcharts are often used in complex situations such as the steps in programming code or troubleshooting a computer. Below is a very basic flowchart illustrating what a flow chart is and how it may be used. As can be seen in the below example, you have several steps that can be followed to help determine a cause of computer problem. For example, if the computer is not turning on, but the power light is on, it's likely you need to turn on the monitor.
