Inner Repatterning - A Radically Different Eft Approach: by Tania Prince, Eft Master
1) I set the intention to release any blocks that stop me from living fully in the present moment in time, in a place of peace and joy, in a place of peace and joy flowing through every level of my being. 2) I set the intention to release any attachment to the past of this story and the future of this story that block me from being within that place of the Now in that place of peace and joy. 3) I set the intention that when I begin to tap that will act as a signal for the healing to begin. And that even when I stop tapping, the healing will continue until I reach that place of inner peace and joy flowing through every level of my being. I set this intention in a way that is safe and healthy for me. 4) I set the intention that if there are any insights or learning that I need to take that will help me in a very beautiful way, I will be open to those insights and learning at the appropriate time. 5) Go inside of yourself and get a sense of that problem, how you know you have got that, whether there are kind of physical sensations, whether there are thought processes, or whether there is something else that goes on. Scan down through your body and get a true sense of where that is and what is going on that represents that problem for you. You dont need words to represent it, just get a sense of it. 6) Take a nice deep breath in and as you breathe out that breath, push it out of your body. Push out all the emotions and feelings and senses and thoughts within it. Push that body of you outside of yourself and have that sense of doing that. You might want to take another breath and re-do it. Breathe in and on the out-breath, push that view outside of yourself, until you who is here with me feels a sense of relaxation flow through your body. 7) Now, have a sense of looking at that you that is in front of you, the you that has got all of those problems. Can you see it or sense it? Look at that you and tap on the thymus (which is just roughly the center of the chest and use all of your fingertips). Observe with no judgment, no criticism, just look, observe and say, pausing briefly after each one: a. I accept this, b. I accept these emotions, c. I accept theyre there, d. I accept my attachment to them, e. my identification with them, f. and the story from the past of these emotions, g. and the future story of these emotions. 8) Now tap on the top of your head and say:
a. I accept all of this is there, b. release and let go. 9) Tap on the third-eye position and say: a. accepting peace, b. accepting joy. 10) Scan down see where the healing needs to be now and just observe it with no judgment. What do you see? If any words flow into your mind, say them but just observe and notice. 11) Now breathe that feeling out of you. Take a nice deep breath in and breathe out that feeling and put it in front of you. Tapping your thymus observe that you and say: a. I accept this is, b. I accept this is there, c. I accept my attachment to this, d. I accept my identification with this, e. and the story of this, f. from the past, g. to the future, h. I accept all of that. 12) Tap on the top of the head and just say: a. release and let it go, b. release and let that go. 13) Tap on the third eye and say: a. allowing peace, b. allowing joy, c. allowing peace, d. allowing joy. 14) Now what do you see in front of you now? Scan down through you. What is going on within you? Any emotions now within yourself? 15) Tap on the top of your head. Put your attention on your ankle, your knee, any part that is comfortable with your minds eye just sense you no words, no nothing, and just be with you the innocence of you so be with the ankle or whichever part of your body seems appropriate and just gently tap on the top of your head without words sensing your inner-self. 16) Shift to a new location and be with that part of you. Sense your inner self and you, your being. 17) Keep putting your intention on different parts of your body, slowly, being present here now, in the present moment in time.
