VD vs. Ir Reverse Bias

This document contains data from several experiments measuring voltage (V) and current (I) under varying conditions: - The first section measures voltage (Vr) across a device under increasing reverse bias currents (Ir A). Higher reverse currents correspond to more negative voltages. - The second section measures drain voltage (Vd) and current (Ir mA) going from 0 to increasingly negative currents. More negative currents correspond to more negative drain voltages. - Two additional sections measure the output voltage (Vo) of a circuit with a 15V power source (Vs) and varying resistances at the source (Rs) and load (RL). Higher resistances correspond to higher output voltages.
