Library Presentation

The library has a collection of over 61,000 print books and subscribes to 64 print journals. It provides access to one e-journal package and 10 computers connected to the internet for accessing open access materials. Two new staff members were hired - an assistant library professional and a library counter clerk. The librarian attended courses on library orientation, institutional repositories, and the LIBSYS library automation software. A new book bank room was added and over 3,700 new books costing Rs. 11 lakh were purchased for the book bank. Additionally, 53 new double-faced library racks costing Rs. 3.76 lakh and 8 new computers were added to the library.
