GUIDANCE AND TESTING CENTER Dear Graduating CCS Students Greetings!

As you nearly approach to end your academic journey with Columban College we would like to congratulate you in advance for you are about to graduate! We are grateful that we become a part of your life. With this, we would like to listen to you on how you go about your college life with your alma mater, how it transformed you and the challenges that made you grow as a person. With the foregoing, you are requested to visit your guidance counselor at the College Guidance Office for an exit interview. The following are the schedule of interview.
Date February 11 and 14, 2013 (Monday/Thursday) February 12 and 13, 2013 (Tuesday/Wednesday) February 15, 2013 (Friday) March 5, 2013 (Monday) March 5, 2013 (Tuesday) Time 10:30 12:00nn/ 5:00 6:00pm 1:00 5:00pm 2:00 4:00pm 10:30am 12:00nn / 5:00 6:00pm 1:00 6:00pm

No extension of the scheduled dates will be made. Please bring the following: 1. Identification Card (ID); and 2. Clearance I am looking forward to see you!

All graduating should visit the guidance and testing center and look for the CCS Guidance Counselor, Mr. Jay P. Diaz.
