    Project Management for Professionals in the Building and Construction Industry


    Introduction
    The management of construction projects requires knowledge of modern management as well as an understanding of the design and construction process. The role of project managers is to direct & co-ordinate the processes & resources during the life of a project to achieve the project objectives.

    Objectives
    The course aims to prepare professionals in the building and construction industry to take on the role of project managers. The course will equip participants the necessary knowledge on the practices of project management to successfully manage a building project through all stages of implementation

    Target Audience
    Existing and potential project managers Engineers Consultants Contractors Construction managers, Site supervisory personnel Other personnel & graduate students who would like to start a career in project management.

    8th Run: To beconfirmed Duration: 12 evenings (Two sessions per week) (30hrs lecturers + 6hrs project presentations) 6.30pm - 9.30pm BCA Academy

    Fee (Inclusive of GST): S$1,412.40 (without Funding) / S$ 962.40 (with WTU Funding)*

    *Please note the following terms and conditions of WTU subsidy: - Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible - Must be supported by employer - Achieve at least 75% course attendance - Complete and submit course assignment Refreshments will be provided. Car parking is free on a first come, first served basis.

    PLEASE NOTE: Effective 1 April 2013, the course fee will be revised to S$1,550.00 (incl. GST). To enjoy the current course fee, completed registration form with payment must be received by BCA Academy latest by 28 March 2013.
