PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT TO MRAC

1. A PROGRESS REPORT is required on a quarterly basis to a) describe activities carried out, objectives reached and services provided, b) ensure that funding agency (MRAC) can adequately account for installments forwarded to the Applicant, c) to ensure the funding agency (MRAC) is aware of any delays or periods of inactivity, and d) to ensure any departures from the approved application are acknowledged and accounted for. 2. Kinds of key achievement should describe key goals/objectives that have been attained during the reporting period. These, and other progress, should be reported under each activity using the activity names as per the contract agreement. 3. Where applicable, the report should provide the number of people served during the reporting period. For example, the number of people attending a presentation, the number of brochures distributed, the number of tour visitors. 4. If the Applicant wishes to provide additional information on any section of the progress report, the additional material should be attached to the report. 5. Activities planned for the next reporting period. Please specify the reporting period, date of the report and the name of the person who could be contacted to elaborate, if required, on any details of the report.
