- How to present a talk, - How to formalize ideas in the report, - You may evolve with a new solution

The seminar topic must be very easy to understand The seminar topic and content should not be repeated each semester if possible

If talk is for 30 minutes, 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Question-Answers All slides must be in similar template Insert the Department and Institute names in each slide except the first slide Insert page number in each slide except the first slide All slides must be uniform in color, font size and bullet style Different font sizes should be used for Heading & Sub-heading Dont use odd color for background If possible, all pictures should be redrawn

Animation might be a good way for better explanation. Dont over crowd with animations Use video if appropriate in the slide Avoid scientific equations. If required, explain with figures and text Dont over crowd the slide with too much of text

Front slide: University name with logo, Topic name, Presenter name, college logo, Department name with address Overview of the talk Introduction Definition of the problem space State-of-the-art solution for the problem Own solution for the defined problem (if possible) Some results and discussion Summary and Conclusion List of references
