INFERENCE The above table and pie diagram shows that 64% of the staff are of the opinion

that the training program really changes their job behavior/skills while 36% are of the opinion that the training program does not change their job behavior/skills.

Interpretation:
The quality of employees and their development through training are major factors in determining long-term profitability of a small business. Proper training has to be given in order to develop the job behavior/skills of the employees. The study has observed that the training programs conducted in the organization help the staffs to develop their job behavior and skills.
