Fig, honey and yoghurt smoothie
Serves 4 Trim 8 ripe figs, removing the tops, then cut into quarters. Put into a blender along with 600ml semi-skimmed milk, 200ml low-fat natural yoghurt and 68 tbsp honey to taste. Add 46 ice cubes, for extra chill, if you prefer. Blend until smooth and thick and pour into chilled glasses.
