KAIZEN PLEDGE

Alone we are weak, together we are strong.

Together we shall work with our own hands, as a family, in mutual trust and with responsibility.
Progress can only be achieved, if we are ever ready to change ourselves. My opinion is of no importance. The only thing of importance is reality at the Gemba. We shall change it with teamwork. Working with Kaizen is all about team work. We will not lower our Goals to the level of our present abilities, But raise our abilities to the height of our Goals.

Bravo Kaizen! Bravo Kaizen!!
