Activities & Events include breakdance, hula hoops, and Zumba . See our front desk staff for more information! Children's Activities: Kids Only Yoga Class - Class specifically designed for kids ages 3- 8 years old. Sign up at the front desk or call Thursday mornings to reserve your space! Breakthrough dance series- ages 6-15 years old will learn elements of breakdancing. Free - sign up at the front desk for 5 class series. Classes on Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm in Studio. Family Yoga Classes: Tuesdays @ 4 pm. Enjoy a family-based yoga class. Children 5 and up are welcome!
