The JTAG-3 programming cable provides a verylow cost configuration solution for all Xilinx devices. It connects directly to the parallel port of a PC, and to a standard 6-pin JTAG programming header. The cable is compatible with all Xilinx devices and all versions of Xilinx CAD software, and it can be used with any device that has a JTAG voltage of 2.8V or greater (the JTAG-3LV cable can program any device with a JTAG voltage of 1.5V or greater).
