Google Drive Guide

To create a new folder in Google Drive, press the grey folder icon with a plus sign located above the purple line. A new screen will appear to name the folder before creating it. To create a new document, click the red button above the purple line and select the document icon, which will open Google Docs. Documents can be written and shared with options to choose who can view or edit the shared document. The new document will then appear on the Google Drive home screen.

Google Drive Guide

1. To star a new folder press on the grey folder with a + sign. Its just on top of the purple line.

2. A screen like this will appear after you press the folder with the + sign. Enter the name you want for your new folder and enter create.

Creating documents and sharing them.

1. Click on the red bottom just on tom of the purple line and a list of different options will appear. 2. Click on the document box (it is the first one to appear) and you will be taken to Google docs for this part.

3. Write your document as if you would on a normal word document. 4. When you finish you have to press the button Share that is located just under the purple line

5. Enter the name you want for your documents and press the save button.

6. This screen will appear. You can share your document with any of the following medias. Facebook, Twitter, Google + Gmail (any email).

7. This screen will appear; you can decide who sees the documents by pressing on any of the three buttons.

8. Here you are face with two buttons. The one at the top allows everyone who you shared the document to change the document. The button below only permits the owner, you, to change the document.

9. At the end you can see your file in the home screen. In this case my file is named ict.
