Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the performance bank guarantee dated: 11-06-2012 issued by Eastern bank limited on behalf of VOICETEL Limited. We confirm that we have discharged all of our obligations under the license and have achieved the target set by commission based under terms and conditions of the license. We wish to request that the Guarantee be reduced accordingly.
