Trustees of North Hampton Public Library

The North Hampton Public Library trustees held their monthly meeting on November 26, 2012. They discussed finalizing the building program to present to the Capital Improvements Program meeting on November 30th. Minutes of November 26, 2012


1. Call to Order: Kelly Parrott, Susan Leonardi, John Kollmorgen, and Director Susan Grant were present. The meeting was called to order at 6:05pm. 2. Approval of Minutes from Last meeting: Minutes were approved from November 14, 2012. 3. Christmas Party: This years holiday party will be at the Old Salt on December 16th. 4. Building Program: Status of Plan/Edits: Building Program is finished and will be presented at the CIP meeting. CIP Meeting: Friday, November 30th. Clarify that the librarys building program has not been specified to include spaces for the Historical Society, Heritage Commission, or the Town Offices. Will be seeking an architectural plan with options to add additional spaces in the future. Fundraising: Discussed Sandi Mitchells credentials. Kelly will contact Alan Cantor Consulting LLC about meeting with us. The Rust Communications Group is another option we can pursue. RFQs: To date, Susan Grant has sent the RFQ to NH Construction Summary, Works in Progress and the Dodge Report. Warrant Article: Article for site development 100K. Article for Building Fund. Building Committee Member Candidates: Will be asking members of the community and town departments to step forward and form the Building Committee for the new library. 5. Date/Time for next meeting: Next meeting TBD.
