Subject: Respected Sir, This is in reference to your letter (complaint number CPD/120912/U/62998), dated September 12, 2012, regarding invalid balance deduction against mobile number 0333-5523128. In reference to the same, we would like to clarify the fact that we are operating our functions on a very high tech and automated processing system, therefore, chance of wrong deduction against any account is very rare. We would also like to clarify that Value Added services (VAS) are activated at customers request and no extra/hidden charges is levied for any Ufone service. However, we are willing to investigate the issue if complainant could provide us the exact details (i.e. date and time, anticipated balance before and after call/SMS/GPRS usage).
