    Crankshaft Speed Fluctuation (CKF) Sensor EGR Chamber Bolts EVAP Purge Control Solenoid Valve Bolts Fast Idle Thermo Valve Flywheel Cover Nuts Fuel Filter Service Bolt Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Bolts Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Oil Breather Chamber Bolts Oil Pan Baffle Plate 6-mm Bolts Oil Pan 6-mm Nuts/Bolts Oil Pump Cover Screws Oil Pump Screen Bolts Oil Pump 6-mm Bolts PCM Harness Connector Nuts Splash Shield Thermostat Housing Bolt Timing Belt Cover Bolt Timing Belt Middle Cover Bolt (DOHC) Timing Belt Lower Cover Bolt (DOHC) Timing Bolt Back Plate Bolts Transaxle Ground Cable Bolt Valve Cover Nuts/Bolts VTEC Solenoid Valve Assembly Bolts Water Pump Bolts to 15 ft. lbs. (20 N.m). Tighten bolt additional 90 degrees.

    (1) Clean bolt and washer. Lubricate bolt threads and area between washer and bolt flange. Tighten bolt

    REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.


    (3) Use NEW bolts/nuts. (4) Tighten in sequence. See Fig. 32 .
