Harry Potter Christmas Cookies

Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups Self-Rising Flour 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 8 Tablespoons Butter 1/2 Cup Adams Chunky Peanut Butter 1 Banana 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Egg 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 1 - 1 1/2 Cups Dark Chocolate squares Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 2. In a medium bowl, sift together our, baking soda, and salt. 3. In a large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar, butter, and peanut butter. Chop banana into small slices, lightly mash. Beat banana chunks into the sugar mixture. Add ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate. Beat until banana is mixed all the way. 4. Beat egg into the sugar mixture. 5. Add our mixture to sugar mixture, mix until combined. 6. Drop golf ball-sized globs of dough onto un-greased cookie sheet. 7. Bake 11-14 minutes, or until edges are crisp. 8. Remove cookies and let cool on rack. 9. Eat.
