Most adjustments can be made from the menu screen CLOSE UP OF INPUT TERMINAL NARRATOR (CONTD) All audio and video input and output ports are located in the input terminal on the rear of the projector INT. 2. NARRATOR The power cord must be plugged into the AC socket on the back of the projector. INT Man struggles with laptop and projector NARRATOR The projector will not connect to your computer through osmosis or magic or idiocy. INT Close up of RGB cable NARRATOR You will need to use a standard 15pin RGB cable. Connect one end of the RGB cable to INPUT 1, 2, or 3. Connect the other end to your computer or monitor. If you are using and apple or mac product you will need the appropriate adapter. INT. LEVELING THE PROJECTOR Man attempts to hold projector while presenting. NARRATOR Though it may seem like a good idea, do not attempt to hold the projector level while presenting. The beam will not be level and you will most likely look like an imbecile. INT Close up of projector from front side NARRATOR Use the adjustment feet to level the projector. Press foot releases. Adjust height and repeat. Rotate feet to make minor changes
3. PRESENTATION TIPS Man standing in front of an active projector NARRATOR Never stand directly in front of the projector. And never look directly into the light. PRESENTATION TIP 2 NARRATOR Instead stand to left of the screen. This will allow the audience to view your slides and prevent blindness.
