Concept Network Based On Preliminary Look At Forecast Ridership First Map - Overall Network Where Priority Treatment May Be Warranted. Many Segments are in Existing Master Plans. Second Map - Segments Not In Existing Master Plans Where Additional Right of Way May Be Warranted. Phase 1 Refers to Sequencing of Inclusion of Right of Way Requirements in Master Plans and Not Implementation Phasing.
