Date: 28/09/2012 Kind Attn, As per discussion between us the deal for 10 biometric machines & Paid software including Vat & Installation was finalized for 1, 50,000/-. In which as per your words am installing 2 machines ( one with Secugen Sensor) & Paid Software immediately and charging 49,579 /- only Remaining amount of 1, 00,421/- will be adjusted in future while installing remaining 8 biometric machines
