MinimaxX Application Note GPS Analysis Methods

The document discusses different methods for analyzing GPS data collected from athletes, including absolute speed, relative speed, and change in velocity. Absolute speed analysis looks at total values like distance and average speed, as well as breaking speed down into zones to examine intensity. Relative speed expresses absolute speed as a percentage of an athlete's maximum to allow comparison across individuals. The examples provided illustrate how these different analysis methods can provide useful insights for training optimization.
