FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, [Name of Grantor] (the "Grantor") hereby assigns, transfers and sets over
unto [Name of Grantee] (the "Grantee") and the Grantee's successors, assigns and licensees, all
of the Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the [Describe work or publication (ie.
publication "XYZ Story")] (the "Work"), together with the exclusive right to produce, distribute
and use multimedia works based upon the Work.

The Grantor hereby confirms that the Grantee shall have the right to register the aforesaid
interest in and to the copyright of the Work by registration of this Assignment in any copyright
office throughout the world and shall have the right to enforce such interest in copyright in and to
the Work.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned has executed this Agreement.
