The customer would like to use Netsuite ODBC Connection String using external application like Java, .NET, PHP.

1. Install Netsuite ODBC Driver. Login to Netsuite On your Dashboard > Click on Download ODBC Driver link. Download the ODBC Driver and OpenSSL and install on the client machine. Install WinSQL Lite. 2. How to test if this is the correct connection string Open WinSQL Navigate to File > New Connection > ODBC DataSource Window will popup Mark the Specify Connection String checkbox Input the connection string as follows: DSN=NetSuite.com;[email protected];PWD=yourPWD; Click Ok button, user won't be flagged to enter username and password anymore and user is able to open Catalog which means you've been given access to Netsuite ODBC using connection string.
